A Kansas City lottery player is planning a cruise vacation after winning the grand prize on a Missouri Lottery “Power 5s” Scratchers ticket.
“It was an unusual experience for both me and my wife. “Very interesting,” the winner commented. “I scratched off the first prize, and it said $2,500. I was satisfied with just that! I told my wife, ‘We won!'”
