MAGA supporters are expressing their approval of the testimony given by an FBI agent during Hunter Biden’s criminal trial.
FBI Agent Erika Jensen took the stand on Wednesday, marking the third day of Hunter Biden’s gun trial in Wilmington, Delaware. It’s worth noting that this is a historic event, as it’s the first time that a child of a sitting U.S. president is on trial.

In his ongoing criminal case, Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, is facing three charges concerning his possession of firearms while using narcotics. Despite the allegations against him, he has maintained his innocence and pleaded not guilty to the charges of purchasing a firearm using false statements in October 2018 and possessing illegal firearms while under the influence of drugs.
During his testimony, Jensen delved into the evidence regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop, including text messages as well as proof of drug and gun purchases. The laptop has been a source of controversy since 2020, with supporters of Biden denouncing it as a “smear campaign” shortly before the election, while Republicans cite emails on the device as evidence of foreign business dealings.
Abbe Lowell, the defense attorney, questioned Jensen during cross-examination, asking if any of the files had been tampered with. Jensen responded with a negative answer. However, during the redirect, the prosecution asked if Jensen had noticed any evidence of tampering, to which Jensen replied with another negative response.
After Jensen’s testimony, Republicans and MAGA supporters flooded X (previously known as Twitter) to rejoice over the supposed absence of tampering evidence and to taunt Biden supporters who had previously doubted the laptop’s legitimacy.
Just now in court, the FBI said the laptop was not altered in any way, and it’s content is legitimate.
