A tragic Kansas Highway 10 (K-10) crash late Friday night in southwestern Lawrence claimed the life of a Kansas City resident and left a Lawrence man seriously injured.

The two-vehicle crash involved a westbound Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Eliseo J. Munoz, 23, of Lawrence, and an eastbound Kia Forte driven by 41-year-old Louise ImMasche of Kansas City, Missouri.

Investigators revealed that Munoz’s Tahoe crossed the center line, entering the eastbound lane, and struck ImMasche’s Kia directly.
