A woman was killed in Kansas City on Thursday night after a shooting incident that remains under investigation. The Kansas City Police Department (KCPD) responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 7:30 p.m. in the area of 55th Street and Wabash Avenue.
Victim Found Unresponsive Inside Vehicle
When officers arrived, they discovered the woman inside a vehicle, unresponsive. Despite immediate assessment, she was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities have not released the victim’s identity.
