An Emporia High School senior, Angel Bahena, received a $500 scholarship from Jobs for America’s Graduates–Kansas (JAG-K) during the annual State Career Development Conference held on March 10.
This Emporia Student Award is given each year to one outstanding senior across the statewide JAG-K program, making it a highly competitive and respected honor.
