- The adjacent Adam’s Mark Hotel is set to partially reopen by the 2026 World Cup, accommodating visitors and players.
- Long-term plans include converting the hotel into a mixed-use property with 250 housing units, down from the original 385 rooms, representing a $90 million investment.
“Eventually we’ll bring some units on or some rooms on from the hotel, because when people come to the tournaments, they want to stay close,” Pierson noted, emphasizing the convenience for tournament attendees.
