Authorities in Raytown are actively investigating a shooting incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon near a local bank.
At approximately 4:30 p.m., multiple reports of gunfire prompted police to respond to the area of Gregory Boulevard and Blue Ridge Boulevard. Shortly afterward, another report indicated that a vehicle parked near the bank located at 9063 E. Gregory Blvd. had been struck by bullets.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a man inside the vehicle who had sustained gunshot wounds. Emergency responders transported the victim to a nearby hospital, though his current condition remains unclear.
