  • Tammi Ogle — 1,689 votes
  • Monica Duncan — 1,458 votes
  • Kurt Steinkuhler — 1,430 votes

Other contenders included:

  • Denise Gilligan — 1,101 votes
  • Aaron Larson — 1,072 votes
  • Tyler Curtis — 899 votes

USD 253 Board Members At Large

In the election for the three at-large positions on the USD 253 School Board (Emporia), these candidates were elected:

  • Barbara Fowler — 2,342 votes
  • Lillian G. Lingenfelter — 2,210 votes
  • Jami Reever (incumbent) — 2,178 votes
