Sunday, January 4 – New Commitments
Eamon Smalls (Redshirt Sophomore, Defensive Tackle) – UAB Blazers
A native of South Carolina, Smalls spent his third collegiate season with UAB, where he totaled 50 tackles. He arrives in Lawrence with two years of eligibility still available.
Landyn Watson (Redshirt Senior, Linebacker) – Kentucky Wildcats
Watson recorded 21 tackles and one tackle for loss during the 2025 campaign at Kentucky. His college journey includes two seasons at TCU Horned Frogs, followed by a year at Marshall Thundering Herd, before joining Kentucky.
Connor Stroh (Redshirt Sophomore, Offensive Lineman) – Texas Longhorns
Stroh appeared in 10 games for Texas, earning five starts at left guard. Originally a highly sought-after recruit who chose Texas over 18 other programs—including Kansas—he will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Jalen Dupree (Redshirt Freshman, Running Back) – Colorado State Rams
Dupree rushed for 508 yards and two touchdowns during the 2024 season at Colorado State. He brings three remaining years of eligibility to the Jayhawks’ backfield.
Quincy Davis (Redshirt Sophomore, Linebacker) – New Mexico State Aggies
Davis concluded his season with 43 tackles and one tackle for loss at New Mexico State. He will be eligible to compete for two more seasons.

Jaron Willis (Redshirt Junior, Linebacker) – South Carolina Gamecocks
Willis spent the past three seasons at South Carolina, contributing seven combined tackles on defense and special teams. He began his college career at Ole Miss Rebels and has one season of eligibility remaining.
Jaden Harris (Redshirt Junior, Safety) – Georgia Bulldogs
Harris heads to Lawrence after compiling 53 career tackles and four tackles for loss. His collegiate career started at Miami Hurricanes, bringing experience and depth to the Kansas secondary.
