Police said officers were called on Feb. 19, 2024, after the victim was found near Oakley Avenue and East 36th Terrace.
Court documents say the victim had been shot multiple times. Investigators also reported that her hands and feet were zip-tied, and duct tape was wrapped over her mouth and around her head.

Investigators Say Victim Was Last Seen With Suspect
According to records, the victim was last seen on Feb. 17, 2024, getting into a vehicle with her boyfriend, identified by authorities as Robinson-Parks.
Investigators later reviewed cell phone records and said those records placed Robinson-Parks near the crime scene that day.
Police have not publicly released every detail of the timeline, but the court documents describe phone location information as part of the evidence in the case.
DNA Evidence Cited In Court Records

Investigators reported that additional DNA evidence was collected from the victim. Detectives also said they found gloves during Robinson-Parks’ arrest that were similar in color and appearance to the latex glove piece found at the scene.
Authorities say this evidence helped support the charges filed in the case.
